Enrolment in any Work Potato program is confirmed once the enrollment form and consent form are completed and full payment for the chosen program is received.
Program fees are non-refundable once the personalised plan has been created, as each plan involves dedicated time and individualised work. Programs are non-transferable.
Every nutrition plan is personalised based on the goals, lifestyle, preferences, requirements and health information you share. The accuracy of your plan depends on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide.
Plans are created for your individual use only and should not be shared with or followed by others.
Nutrition coaching is not medical advice. It does not replace diagnosis, medication or treatment prescribed by a qualified healthcare professional.
You are responsible for sharing your medical history, medications, allergies and relevant reports during the initial assessment, and for consulting your doctor before making changes to prescribed medication or treatment. Where necessary, I may recommend working alongside an appropriate healthcare professional.
Life happens — each program includes a pause allowance so your journey can accommodate genuine interruptions:
Reset 30 → up to 4 days · Foundation 60 → up to 6 days · Sustainable Approach 90 → up to 9 days · Game Changer 180 → up to 18 days · Full 360 → up to 30 days.
Pause requests should be communicated in advance wherever possible. Unused pause days do not carry over or extend the program beyond the stated allowance.
Program support is provided through text and scheduled calls as defined by your program. Messages are answered within working hours: Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM. Sundays are closed.
Respectful communication is expected at all times. Abusive or inappropriate behaviour may result in termination of the program without refund.
Progress check-ins and follow-up calls are conducted approximately every 15 days, depending on your program. Plan amendments are made based on your progress, feedback and changing circumstances.
A complimentary home or gym workout plan may be included with your program. It is provided as general fitness guidance; please consult a medical professional before beginning any new exercise routine, especially if you have an existing condition or injury.
All personal, health and lifestyle information you share is kept confidential and used only to deliver your coaching, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Progress photos, messages or testimonials are shared publicly only with your explicit consent.
A free 15-minute consultation call is available before you enrol — a relaxed conversation to understand your goals and find the right approach, with no obligation to join a program. Slots can be picked on this website and are confirmed personally on WhatsApp.
Paid consultations are standalone 30-minute sessions designed to help you understand your goals, address your concerns and identify the right approach. They do not include a personalised nutrition plan or ongoing support.
Consultations can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Missed consultations without notice may be forfeited.
By enrolling in a Work Potato program, booking a consultation or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
These terms may be updated from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your enrolment applies to your program. Coaching is offered both online and in person; regardless of where you join from, these terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
